How do I get a copy of my certificate(s)?

If you did not download your certificate(s) before the closure, please email academy@the-training-guide.com.

I didn’t have the opportunity to add my CPD hours from my completed Academy course to my 职业经理 profile. 我该怎么办??

You can still record any learning and hours in 职业经理 after the Academy has closed and can include details and reflection when they are ready. Any queries please email cpd@the-training-guide.com who will be happy to assist.

I need a VAT invoice for an Academy purchase, who do I contact?

I completed my Academy 2382-22 18th Edition Course and now want to take my Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2022 exam. 我怎么预订呢?
